  To be honest I wasn't sure when my older brother said he had a pre paid cremation service. Since the charge he paid was little compared to an after death cremation through a funeral home I really didn't expect much. That is until he passed away. The nursing home called Neptune on my behalf and they took complete charge in such an orderly and dignified way. Everything they did they announced in advance. Their communication and service was excellent. His ashes were to be scattered in the Gulf of Mexico. They did that expeditiously and sent me a certificate of the exact co ordinates where the ashes were scattered.
  I highly recommend their services to anyone who wishes to be cremated and I only wish there was a higher rating than 5 star because they were more than exceptional.

  My mother passed away and I had to make a fast decision as to who would handle the arrangements. I called Neptune Society here in Palm Harbor and found my situation handled with not only compassion; but efficiency, professionalism, and care. I recommend Neptune highly. The staff was very kind and they had real empathy for us at what was a very difficult time. They also stayed on top of things throughout the whole process for me and were wonderful with their follow-through. Exceptional company.

  I sent an email for someone to contact me an no one ever did that was 3 weeks ago. A friend of mine told me about them. I want to be cremated. I would very like to use this company.

  We used the neptune society for my mother, my step father and my uncle, and their service was exceptional, so my husband and I bought their prepaid cremation service so our children would not have to take care of it when our time comes. My issue is that The Neptune Society is releasing the names and phone numbers of it's customers and we are receiving all sorts of sales calls. Todays was from the someone wanting us to take life insurance from Neptune society. When my husband questioned her connection with the Neptune Society, she hung up on him, and next thing I know, my number rings......same girl, and when she realized she had the same people, she just hangs up again. My opinion of this company has dropped like a rock.
